Frequently Asked Questions
At Gumdrop Gallery, we strive to make you 100% satisfied with the whole process
of ordering your custom art online. Since all pieces are custom made at
the time of your order , there are no exchanges or returns. However, we
work with you from the time of your order to make sure expectations are
met. When ordering a custom or personalized piece, you will be contacted
within 24 hours by email to discuss the options and colors available to
you. You will soon receive a rough draft sketch by email for you to approve.
We will not begin work on your custom piece until we agree on a final design.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the drafts or change your
mind before agreeing on a design, your money will be refunded.
Your artwork will be delicately wrapped
and packaged securely in order to arrive safely at your home. Because
of the size of the packaging that is needed to fit a canvas painting,
there is a flat $8.00 shipping fee anywhere in the continental
United States. International Shipping will incur additional costs.
We ship by UPS ground which usually takes 3-5 business days. Express
delivery can be requested for an additional charge.
Orders placed on gumdropgallery.com are completely secure. All online payments
are handled through PayPal(paypal.com) on their secure servers, so you
never have to worry about a thing. You don’t even have to have a
PayPal account. You can pay with any debit card or credit card, and you
will be redirected to a secure PayPal sever for processing of the payment.
Once complete, you will be returned to gumdropgallery.com after payment.

You can order a complete custom order at no extra charge. Just send us an email
describing in the best way you can, what your looking for. We will come
up with a rough draft sketch and send it back to you. We will work with
you to come up with that perfect gift. All at no extra charge, and you
don’t pay until we agree on a design.
All of our artwork is custom made at the time of your order and made just for
your little one. We will work as quickly as we can to get your artwork
to you, but generally expect 2 weeks from the time of the order until shipment.
We will contact you by email when your artwork is complete and ready to
ship.
All of canvas paintings are done on high quality gallery wrapped canvases,
meaning, the painting extends on all edges of the canvas, so there is no
need for a frame. Canvases are ready to hang, and if you want, we can include
a ribbon in your choice of color for a hanger.
My
child has a long name, will it fit?
We will do our best to accommodate any name on any piece of art you might want
to be customized. Obviously there might be some exceptions with certain designs
with really long names.
